Waterloo Inn is a historic venue being reborn.
Originally built in 1898 and nestled in the forested village of Nash, Newport, it reopens in September 2025 as a bold, character-driven bar, restaurant, and micro-distillery.
With a rich local legacy and a subtle steampunk soul, Waterloo Inn is a space where old-world stories, inventive flavours, and handcrafted spirits come together under one roof.

Our kitchen serves honest food with bold flavour. Focused on Welsh produce and seasonal ingredients, the menu offers something for everyone, from pub classics to modern plates with a twist.
Spirit of Wales Distillery will be crafting small-batch gins, rums, and vodkas, plus exclusive releases made just for Waterloo Pub. Keep an eye out for our distillery tastings, cocktail masterclasses, and spirit-making sessions.
